A General Manager to oversee office operations, manage team objectives, and support customer relationship activities. This position focuses on maintaining effective processes and coordinating team engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily business functions and ensure operational consistency.
- Coach team members on performance goals and customer service standards.
- Participate in marketing and community initiatives.
- Monitor progress toward agency objectives.
- Maintain compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
